Bonus availability
41 bonuses we have verified as available to traders in Poland.
Poland is an interesting case. It kept the EU ban on bonuses for retail CFD trading, but it also broke from the standard EU leverage caps by creating its own higher-leverage category. So the incentive picture and the leverage picture do not line up the way they do elsewhere in the bloc.

This page explains who supervises trading in Poland, why forex and CFD bonuses are still off-limits despite the leverage difference, and which promotions can legitimately reach Polish residents.
On bonuses, Poland follows the EU line. The KNF enforces the product intervention rules that stop CFD providers from offering monetary or non-monetary incentives to retail clients. Deposit matches, welcome credits and trade-linked rewards on CFD or forex accounts are not permitted for Polish retail traders.
Where Poland diverges is leverage. Instead of capping retail forex and index CFDs at the usual EU limits, the KNF set a national rule allowing up to 100:1 on selected instruments, and it created an experienced retail client category. To qualify as experienced, a trader must meet conditions on past trading activity and volume, for example a set number of sizeable CFD trades over recent quarters. Higher leverage does not change the bonus position, though. The incentive ban still applies to everyone.
The bonus ban is about CFD and forex products, not every offer. A broker giving access to real shares can still run a free-share or fee-rebate promotion on a stock account, and crypto platforms under their own registration may still offer sign-up rewards. But if an incentive is attached to CFDs or forex and aimed at Polish residents, a compliant firm will not be paying it.
Poland's financial markets regulator (Komisja Nadzoru Finansowego). It enforces the EU ban on bonus incentives for retail CFDs while applying national leverage rules that differ from the standard EU caps.
Local currency: PLN
Poland is outside the euro, so the working currency is the Polish zloty. Many local accounts, deposits and any qualifying offers are denominated in PLN, and qualifying thresholds set in euro terms, such as those for the experienced retail client status, are applied at the zloty equivalent. Polish traders often use well-known domestic and EU-passported brokers, several of which are large players in the regional CFD market.
Be careful with platforms that wave EU regulation around while offering a CFD bonus. A firm authorised to serve Polish retail clients could not pay that bonus, and the KNF has shown it will act on marketing and investor-protection failures, including a substantial fine against a major domestic broker over CFD marketing in 2026. A bonus aimed at Polish CFD traders is a sign to check the firm's status with the KNF before going further.
