It works as trading credit that boosts your usable margin rather than spendable cash on day one. The catch is in how the credit becomes real money. The bonus only starts converting once you trade at least 1 lot of FX or metals, and each lot moves a fixed amount from credit to withdrawable balance: 2 units of account currency per lot on a Standard account, or 1 unit per lot on Raw Spread and Premium accounts.
Each trade must stay open at least 3 minutes to count. The credit is also wiped out if your equity drops to the credit amount (so it does not protect you from a losing run), and moving funds between accounts counts as a withdrawal that strips the bonus.
