The catch
The benefit is paid as FXTM Reward Points, not cash. To unlock it you must trade Tier Points within a 30-day Active Period that starts on your first deposit: every 2,000 Tier Points credits one 25,000-Reward-Point block, and the full 250,000 Reward Points (the $500 match) requires 20,000 Tier Points. Reward Points redeem at 500 points = $1, so the maximum benefit is $500 of redeemable value.

FXTM runs a Welcome Bonus that matches your first deposit 100% up to a maximum of $500. You enter the code HELLOFXTM when funding a new Advantage, Advantage Classic or Advantage Plus account with at least $50, and the match is credited to your FXTM Rewards Points balance rather than paid as spendable cash.
The $500 cap can be reached by combining several deposits made during the 30-day Active Period that starts on your first deposit. The catch is in the wording. The "up to $500 cash" headline really means up to 250,000 Reward Points, and you do not get them for free.
Points are credited in blocks of 25,000, and each block requires trading 2,000 Tier Points. To unlock the full $500 value you have to trade 20,000 Tier Points inside the 30-day window, otherwise the unearned benefit is never credited.
The bonus amount itself is non-withdrawable. Only the profits you generate from trading can be withdrawn, and only after FXTM's volume conditions are met. The offer is for new clients making their first deposit on a live account.
Managed accounts do not qualify, and internal transfers between accounts do not count as deposits. It is not available to residents of a long restricted list including the US, UK, Canada, Japan, Russia, India and Kenya, among others.
The terms document covers the 1 July to 31 December 2025 promotion period; FXTM has kept the offer live on its site past that date, so confirm the current promotion period before relying on the dates.
