The AMarkets "Double Your Capital" promotion adds a 100% credit bonus on top of your first deposit, so a $1,000 deposit gives you $2,000 of trading capital. The bonus is available on Classic and Direct USD accounts on the MetaTrader 4 platform and is credited within seven days of the deposit.
It boosts your usable margin rather than your withdrawable balance. The catch is in the fine print. The bonus itself can never be withdrawn: only profits you generate by trading with it are yours to take out. Marketing pages headline an "up to $10,000" figure, but the official Regulations on Bonus Programs cap the credit bonus at $5,000 per client, so $5,000 is the realistic maximum.
The bonus is also fragile: withdrawing any of your own funds, an internal transfer, hitting Stop Out, or leaving the account inactive for 30 calendar days all cancel it. Bonuses are valid for two months from the date of accrual unless a specific offer says otherwise.
Some sources mention a turnover requirement of roughly the bonus amount divided by three USD per lot, but that figure is not in the official master regulation. Eligibility runs through AMarkets LTD (registered in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines), which serves most countries but excludes residents of its restricted list (including the US and UK, where deposit incentives are not permitted).
